Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that we will only accept returned items that are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

​We will process a refund to your order within 3 working days of receipt by us of your returned items.

​Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

We will apply any refund back to the original card used to make the payment.

Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs relating to an item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
